Sedona Rentals & Property Management, Inc., was established in 1986 to better serve the growing number of rental property owners.  When dealing with income properties and tenant situations, you cannot act in a casual manner. We strive to maximize the owner's income while minimizing the problems that can be associated with rental property ownership.
